1. Exchange Period
- You may exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The wrong item or size was delivered.
- The product does not match the description on our website.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Items on Final Sale or clearance.
- Custom-made or personalized decor pieces.
- Items that show signs of use or damage by the customer.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a request, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide Proof: Send us 2-3 clear photos or a short video of the defect or the item you wish to exchange.
- Evaluation: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
5. Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 5–7 working days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged by us.
