At Nobz, we take pride in the quality of our minimalist decor. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Exchange Period

  • You may exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong item or size was delivered.
  • The product does not match the description on our website.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items on Final Sale or clearance.
  • Custom-made or personalized decor pieces.
  • Items that show signs of use or damage by the customer.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a request, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Send us 2-3 clear photos or a short video of the defect or the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Evaluation: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit within 5–7 working days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged by us.
